- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. fully cooked smoked sausage, sliced
- 14 oz. can or 2 cups chicken broth
- 3 c. water
- 1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
- 2 8 oz. or 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 15 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
