Salmon Patties
- 2 16 oz. cans salmon, (drained and bones crushed with a fork)
- 3 eggs
- 1 - 1 1/4 c. crushed saltines
- 1 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
- 1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning mix
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. diced green pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. (2 cloves) minced garlic
Mix all ingredients and form patties. Fry in melted butter. Serve.
