Italian sausage from breakfast (pork) sausage

How to make Italian sausage from breakfast (pork) sausage
  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 tsp. fennel seed (NOT OPTIONAL)
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • pinch of red pepper flakes
Mix together well.
