lunch - leftovers
dinner – salisbury steak & gravy,
mashed potatoes, green beans
Thursday:

lunch – salmon & side salad
dinner – primal chicken nuggets, oven
fries, salad
Friday:
breakfast – bacon & egg breakfast

lunch – leftovers/clean out the
fridge
