- 2 1/2 c. almond flour
- 1 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. coconut milk
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp. melted coconut oil
Mix topping ingredients in a separate bowl, and drizzle over the muffins. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
