- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 head lettuce (4 to 6 cups), torn or chopped
- 1 to 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 16 to 24 oz. jar dill pickles, drained and chopped
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 to 3 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
I will make a bit more dressing for the salad if I feel it needs it.
Store in refrigerator.
